In Hinduism, the period of 40 days, known as "Mandala," is often observed for spiritual practices and rituals, symbolizing a cycle of transformation and purification. In the Bible, 40 days is a recurrent theme: Jesus fasted for 40 days in the wilderness, and the Great Flood lasted 40 days and nights. Jewish mysticism, particularly the Kabbalah, also emphasizes the number 40, viewing it as a period of trial, purification, and preparation for spiritual growth.
Ties to Paganism and Astrology can be found in the symbolic use of 40 days as a significant temporal marker, often related to lunar cycles and seasonal transitions.
Scientifically, it is often cited that habits can form in 21 days, suggesting that a 40-day period could deeply engrain new behaviors and transformative experiences. This extended timeframe allows for a more profound and lasting impact on our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

HOW DO I BOOK MY SESSIONS?
You’ll receive an email with information on how to proceed with booking your intake, your presentation, and your final sessions. 24 hr cancellation policy for sessions, one reschedule allowed for the process.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
This prescription process is not only deeply devotional for you, it is also deeply devotional for Carly. Once the process has started, it has started. No refunds. No cancellations. No exchanging items.
WILL I LOSE ACCESS AFTER THE 40 DAYS?
No, your access does not expire as the Rebirth Box, workbook, and Devotional Practice are all physical items for you to cherish forever. However, I do recommend that you maximize your time in the sacred container by following the 40 Day Practice included in your presentation, aiming to complete your 40 Day Devotional Practice within the 40 Days, before your final session.
DO I NEED TO BE IN PERSON FOR THE PROCESS?
Not necessarily! While the process is designed to be in person, we can adjust the sessions to be virtual and ship the Rebirth Box directly to you! You will still receive everything as planned, except for the access to our in person Sound Baths and Circles.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE TIME TO DO THE PRACTICES EVERYDAY?
While the intention is to be deeply devoted to this Rebirth process and show up each day, we trust that whatever happens within the Sacred container is meant to be.

CAN I CONTINUE AFTER THE 40 DAYS?
Although the container, sessions, and WhatsApp access with Carly will be complete after the final session, you are welcome to continue the practices for as long as you feel called to, however, we trust that you will absolutely feel the Rebirth by the end of the 40 Days.
